Nasdaq-listed AIxCrypto (AIXC) showed up at Automate 2026, North America's largest automation and robotics exhibition, arguing that most robots only earn money once, at the moment they're sold. AIxCrypto says the bigger opportunity is in what happens after that.
At the event, the company rolled out RoboShare, a marketplace for renting robots, and AIXC01, an infrastructure layer meant to let robots and AI agents take part in broader network activity. Both fit under what AIxCrypto is branding the "Silicon Economy," its term for a future where machines don't just get built and sold but keep generating value and data long after delivery.
Why a Robot's Working Life Shouldn't End at the Sale
That first sale, though, is just the beginning of a machine's working life. AIxCrypto's strategy rests on that idea, something it calls the "Robot Second Life Cycle." It's built on three sources of value, machines getting used more often, staying in service longer, and the operating data they generate becoming valuable in its own right.
Jay Sheng, the company's president, said, "We believe the larger opportunity begins after deployment." The company is acting on its vision through RoboShare and AIXC01.
RoboShare: Renting Out Robotic Capacity
RoboShare opened to the public on June 22 at RoboShare.com, letting businesses that need a robot for a job rent the whole machine or book a specific task instead of buying hardware outright, while owners with equipment sitting idle get a way to put it back to work and earn something from it.
By doing so, it tackles two problems at once, underused robots on one side and rising labor costs on the other. It is starting in Los Angeles and San Francisco with New York planned next, and is launching a "City Partner" program to bring in local operators who'll handle things like training and customer acquisition as the service expands into new markets.
Down the line, the company also wants to build out the standards a resale market needs, things like inspection and valuation, with a pre-owned robotics business planned for the future.
AIXC01: Infrastructure for Autonomous Assets
Where RoboShare focuses on getting machines into use, AIXC01 focuses on tracking and verifying that use. It’s the layer that lets robots and AI agents take part in services, tasks, and broader network activity, rather than operating on their own.
The system is built from four pieces, which include verifiable identity for each machine, tamper-resistant records of how it's actually performed, controlled access to tasks within the network, and a settlement layer to coordinate activity across it. AIxCrypto is also careful to distinguish this from a typical crypto project, pointing out that the data feeding the system comes from machines actually doing work in the real world, not purely on-chain activity.
Eyeing Drones Next
AIxCrypto has also laid out where this is headed beyond ground robots: the air. The company's argument is that drones face the exact same issues, how to verify usage, track value over time, let them participate economically, except flight data is already digital from day one, which should make the transition easier. The company is calling this “Ground-air Integration,” and it's framing its US base as an advantage for dealing with whatever regulations show up around low-altitude drone operations.
What the Announcement Adds Up To
RoboShare and AIXC01 cover two different parts of the same problem. While RoboShare gets robots working more often instead of sitting idle, AIXC01 keeps track of that work. Through its drone plans, AIxCrypto wants to eventually do the same thing for aircraft.
All three point toward the same belief: a robot's value, in AIxCrypto's view, shouldn't end the day it's sold.
AIxCrypto Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: AIXC) is a Nasdaq-listed technology company building a three-layer architecture spanning the infrastructure, protocol, and application layers. Through the convergence of AI Agents and Embodied AI (EAI) devices, AIxCrypto is building infrastructure designed to enable heterogeneous intelligent entities — robots, smart vehicles, drones, and edge devices — to discover, collaborate, and execute tasks, advancing what the company calls the Silicon Economy.
